We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman to become a vital part of our team. You’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems, working hand-in-hand with our established team to ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in commercial new build projects, adhering to all relevant codes and regulations.
- Perform rough-in wiring, panel installations, and wiring connections.
- Work closely with construction teams and other trades to coordinate activities.
- Participate in weekly team huddles to discuss challenges, share best practices, and contribute to solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards.
- Document work accurately and efficiently

Must Have
- Journeyman Electrician License
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Proven experience in commercial electrical installations
- Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Integrity: Honesty, a strong moral compass, and trustworthiness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own basic electrical tools and reliable transportation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (in Spanish) is a plus but not necessary.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- High-level technical understanding.
