Ready to launch your electrical career? Our 4-year registered apprenticeship program combines paid on-the-job training with classroom instruction. You'll earn while you learn, starting at $14.00/hour and progressing to $28.00/hour as a journeyworker.
✅ Selection Process: Interested candidates complete an application, demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attend an interview, and if selected, begin their apprenticeship journey. During your first 720 hours (probationary period), we'll evaluate your fit for the program and industry.
🎓 Graduation Benefit: Upon successful completion, receive an official Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship from the U.S. Department of Labor—a nationally recognized credential that opens doors throughout the electrical industry.
4 Years Total Duration
• 8,000 hours of on-the-job learning (OJL)
• 576 hours of related classroom instruction
• Approximately 144 hours of class per year
• 720-hour probationary period (first 3 months)

Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced electricians on real projects
- Master electrical installation, wiring, and equipment
- Learn National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance
- Develop troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Master demos of our software
- Attend classroom instruction in electrical theory and safety
- Earn industry-recognized certifications
Must Have
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and work hard
Nice to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (in Spanish) is a plus but not necessary.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- High-level technical understanding.

What We Offer
Upon successful completion of our 4-year apprenticeship program, you'll receive a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship from the U.S. Department of Labor and be qualified to work as a journeyworker electrician in the state of Texas and beyond.

Our apprenticeship is registered with the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship, meaning your training credentials are recognized nationwide.
