As a journeyworker with Honesty Electrical, you'll be more than just completing projects—you'll be shaping the next generation of electricians through apprentice mentoring. Your expertise and experience directly impact both quality work and the success of our apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical installation and maintenance projects
- Mentor and supervise apprentices in training
- Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code standards
- Perform system troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain safety standards on all projects
- Provide quality control and inspections
- Communicate with clients and project management

Must Have
- Verifiable Hours
- Texas electrical license or ability to obtain
- 4+ years of professional electrical experience
- Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Integrity: Honesty, a strong moral compass, and trustworthiness
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Bilingual (in Spanish) is a plus but not necessary.
